![]() ![]() Yesterday I thought I still had access because the new owner had not registered the Live yet, and that I would be locked out somewhere during the day. I think this indeed is the case, since I still have access to the 2.?. You can literally go grab a serial number from someone's photo on Ebay and register it and get instant access to MPC 2.0 and the expansions it comes with. (SHIFT + PAD ASSIGN will open pad colour/assignment LCD page for keygroup/plugin/MIDI programs.) Hold SHIFT while pressing a color switch to quickly assign that colour to all pads in the program. I think its on the screen where you set the pad sensitivity but I haven't opened it since I got the Live so cant remember.Įither way, because of the way Akai runs, everybody from him til the end of time that registers that MPC is going to be an 'owner' and have access to all the software in their account. Theres a button on one of the pages in there that opens it but cant remember if it shows the serial or not. Might be able to go into the prefs and look at the hardware info though. If he's using 1.9 or later with the iLok stuff I don't think it shows that. The Akai MPC Element is a portable solution for musicians looking to take their work on the go. Boxes can be used to display things like location info, store hours, pictures, ads, etc. You can add and remove as many boxes as you want. Open the file and double-click the installer application. I had to install on a new computer the other day and I seem to remember seeing the serial there. In your Akai Professional account, download the MPC software package. ![]()
